The two were originally arrested July 11th in connection with break-ins in the Wildwood area of Williams Lake, an area which was under a wildfire evacuation order at the time.  One Wednesday of this week they were arrested again for breaching conditions imposed on them in Provincial Court.

27-year-old Nicholas Frederick Ivany and 23-year-old Alana Mika Ward, both from Williams Lake, are charged with Possession of break and enter tools, Possession of a Controlled Substance and three counts each of Breach of Recognizance.

They’ve been released on strict conditions and are due back in Williams Lake Provincial Court on August 30, 2017
