Williams Lake, B.C. – Mounties in Williams Lake are investigating a pair of suspicious deaths.

North District RCMP Cpl. Madonna Saunderson says police discovered the deceased bodies of two individuals in a non-disclosed residence in town around 9:40 yesterday morning.

“The deaths were suspicious in nature and Williams Lake RCMP called for assistance from the Williams Lake General Investigation Section, Police Dog Services, and Street Crew investigators,” she adds.

Although the deaths appear suspicious, Saunderson says police don’t believe there is any danger to the general public.

Police aren’t releasing any more information at this time.
