Drug Bust in Williams Lake Leads to 3 Arrests
Williams Lake, B.C. – Three people are facing charges following a drug bust in Williams Lake.
North District Cpl. Madonna Saunderson says police made the arrests this morning following a tip they received Wednesday of this week.
She says a search warrant of a non-disclosed residence there led to the arrests and yielded “a large amount of Canadian currency”, crack cocaine, meth, pot, heroin and numerous pills. An insecure firearm was also seized.
Saunderson says the trio were released from police custody and are scheduled to appear in Williams Lake Provincial Court on Oct. 4, 2017.
The names of the suspects or the charges they may face have not been released.
