Prince George, B.C. – Supporters of the fight against AIDS will march through the downtown area of Prince George today.

The Scotiabank AIDS Walk is held to support those living with HIV/AIDS and to raise awareness and funds in the search for a cure.

Registration for participants begins at 10:30 this morning at the Canada Games Plaza outside the Civic Centre, followed by opening remarks at 11 am.  The AIDS Walk will proceed throughout the downtown core and there will be prizes for teams and individuals who raise the most money through pledges.
