Man Wounded in Shooting Incident

Prince George, B.C. – One man has been taken to hospital having been shot on Oak Street in Prince George last night.
RCMP say the shooting happened around 11:25 last night in the 2200 block of Oak Street.
When police arrived on scene,, they found a 43 year old man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to hospital for treatment. His immediate condition is not known at this time.
The Prince George Serious Crime Unit has been called in to investigate.
At this time, the motive for the shooting is not known, and it doesn’t appear the victim and shooter knew each other.
