I wish government would be honest about the P3 process and open up the books on past P3's as all indications are from other provinces is that P3's end up costing more money for less services. The old way worked for many many years and now we have to build public buildings, with public cash and hand it over to a private corporation to run, and yet we pay exorbitant wages to Managers in the public service so we don't loose them to private industry.
