Well the queensway stuff was a blown transformer. I was right beside it in my truck when it blew up!
On another similar topic,has anyone been having trouble with their Telus High Speed Internet running too slow?
Mine is a dog and yet telus cliams there is nothing wrong?
And no, it is NOT my computer!
That is not a transformer you hear but a fuse. The fuse goes off with what one can call an explosive charge to blow the fault arc out. That is the noise heard. A transformer has oil in it and if it blows there will be a fire.
