Court Approves Sale of Mackenzie Mill

Mackenzie B.C.- There is reason to celebrate in Mackenzie. The Supreme court has approved the sale of the Mackenzie Pulp Mill to a B.C. numbered company operated by Worthington Properties of Alberta
The offer was for $20 million dollars and is expected to close on September 19th. As part of the ruling today, Justice Donald Brenner also ruled the agreement which has Canfor providing chips to the Pulp mill is valid.
