Mackenzie B.C.- There is reason to celebrate in Mackenzie. The Supreme court has approved the sale of the Mackenzie Pulp Mill to a B.C. numbered company operated by Worthington Properties of Alberta

The offer was for $20 million dollars and is expected to close on September 19^th. As part of the ruling today, Justice Donald Brenner also ruled the agreement which has Canfor providing chips to the Pulp mill is valid.
