Harper Arrives at Rideau Hall

Rideau Hall, Ottawa - Prime Minister Stephen Harper has arrived to speak with Governor General Michaëlle Jean.

He'll be asking Jean to dissolve Parliament sending Canadians to the polls the day after Thanksgiving, October 14th.
