Spruce Kings On a Roll

If ever two teams should know each other, Wednesday night's matchup in the Coliseum featured them as the Quesnel Millionaires and the Prince George Spruce Kings renewed a rivalry that dates back to the early 1970's.

The pair have played along side each other in four different leagues, including the British Columbia Hockey League since 1996.

On Wednesday night the Millionaires and the Spruce Kings engaged in their 111th Junior A regular season battle and when the dust settled, it would be the Spruce Kings edging out the Millionaires by a score of 3-2.
