Nanaimo Firm Gets Goldie Creek Bridge Contract

Prince George, B.C. - Copcan  Contracting of Nanaimo has  won the bid to build the bridge at Goldie Creek, about 6km west of Vanderhoof.

Construction will start this fall on the $2.29 million dollar project.

The project includes replacing the existing multi-plate culvert with a 44 metre long concrete bridge.

The work is just now getting underway and is expected to be  completed by mid December of this year.  Thec onstruction will cause some traffic delays of  up to 10  minutes  with single lane alternating traffic.

Way to go, improved highways is good for everyone. Contractors can come from anywhere these days. Thats Ok, because WIC, IDL, Formula, Ruskin they have no boundaries. They work from the Artic to the South America.
