Two Deaths Under Investigation in Vanderhoof

Vanderhoof, B.C.-  RCMP are investigating  two sudden deaths in Vanderhoof.

Vanderhoof RCMP members responded to a sudden death report at a residence on Speedway Road in Vanderhoof,yesterday afternoon.  They arrived on scene to discover two bodies in the residence.

Police are treating the deaths as homicides but are not currently looking for any suspects. Forensic autopsies will be conducted later in the week. The identities are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

Members of the North District Major Crime Unit and the BC Coroner's Service are conducting the investigation with the assistance of the Vanderhoof RCMP, Prince George's Forensic Identification and Police Dog Sections.
