The University's new Teaching and Learning Centre is gradually taking shape at the north end of the campus

Tenders went out today for  bids  on phase two of the construction of  the Teaching and Learning Centre.  Phase Two  includes the exterior, windows, roof installation of wood beams for the atrium and interior finishing.

When complete, the 108 thousand square foot  building will be one of the largest structures on the UNBC campus and will be home to various degree programs, classrooms, research space and offices.

Phase One included site preparation,  the foundation, and the structural steel, and carried a price tag of about $8.1 million dollars.
