Crash On 97 North Results In Impaired Charges

The driver of a pickup that left the highway hitting the ditch on highway 97 north, near Chief Lake Road early Saturday morning is being charged with impaired driving.

Four people were in the cab of the truck; one woman passenger was taken to hospital, treated and later released.

An investigation into the accident resulted in the driver providing samples of over the legal limit.
