Prince George, B.C.- Ballots will be counted again today for the 4 positions of Commissioner for Bear Lake.

This is the same area which had to have the nomination period extended in order to get enough candidates.

The first count shows there is a tie between two of the candidates.

The preliminary results show Ed Gronning, Sharon Waldner, Brad Feniuk, as elected. Herb Franklin and Bev Jones are tied with 41 each.

A final determination of these results will be made at 3:30 pm today. If at that point the results continue to show a tie, the Chief Election Officer will announce the next steps.
