Man arrested In Scotiabank Robbery

Prince George -   A 31 year old male has been arrested in connection with the robbery of the Scotiabank at 390 Victoria on Monday.

Police say a man,  well known to them,  was arrested without incident in the 100 block of Quebec Street Wednesday night.

He is being held in custody pending a bail hearing. Police are recommending a charge of armed robbery.

The suspect was identified through the video surveillance footage.

Yeesh, the original report described a 20 year old in a beige jacket, the photos were of a man in a black sweatshirt and the man arrested was 11 years older than the described! Good thing for cameras because the shock of a stressful incident can make an eyewitness account fairly unreliable.
In the USA this loser would be gone for 20yrs.
In the USA, you don't have universal medical care and your human rights are stripped all in the name of national homeland security either.
