Izaak Now in Top Six!

Prince George, B.C.- WOW! Prince George dancer, Izaak Smith has made it through to the top six on the So You Think You Can Dance Canada program.

The 19 year old performed a hip hop routine for a solo tonight, but he and Vincent Noiseux were the bottom two male dancers this week. In the end, Vincent was told he would be heading home. That cleared the way for 19 year old Izaak to make it into the top six.

The judges have been repeatedly critical of Izaak saying he hasn’t brought his “A” game to the competition, telling him he has the talent, but needs to “step it up.”

Izaak’s female partner from this week, Arassay Reyes was also sent home.

I worry that the group must work even harder to get Izaak to the top 4. He was in the bottom two this week, but not the bottom so he's in.

Anyone that wants to show Canada how a small town like Prince George can come together as a community is encourage to join the "vote for Izaak" group on Facebook and vote like crazy next Wednesday.

It's not about dancing ability, is it? It sounds to me that voting for two hours is more about community support through beating the system, unless I do not understand correctly what voting for two hours refers to.

We should all be very proud of this young man. He just another one of Judy Russell's shining stars who is putting Pg on the map. Now if we only had a decent performing arts center to showcase Izaak's talents and those of others we'd be in good shape.

you guys have to STOP voting!! izaak is bringing the show down at this point! he may have the potential in several years to deserve to be top 6 but HE'S BRINGING THE TALENT DOWN RIGHT NOW. STOP VOTING. the last three men to have left are all better dances AT THIS POINT IN TIME to be more deserving to be there.
