Driver Killed In Freak Accident

Quesnel, B.C-   RCMP are calling it a freak accident.
 A  minivan with seven occupants was travelling north on Highway 97 near the Pinnacle Pellet Plant, when it hit a deer.
The collision sent the animal through the air then  crashing through the windshield of an oncoming SUV, killing the driver. It is believed the driver was killed instantly.  The name of the deceased will not be released although he is known to be a 25 year old from Quesnel.

Poor kid! Time for open season on deer, bucks and does. Breed like rabbits and like to play on the highway.
With condolences to those who lost a loved one; how about more (or some!) deer fencing and wildlife underpasses along main routes where the ungulates are known to frolic? Whatsamatter? cost money you say? Hmm, I guess that life is cheap then.
