Will be keeping them close in thoughts. Going on 4 days in winter conditions...
Hoping to hear good news on this case!
Anyone traveling in Northern BC in the winter should have an emergency kit in their vehicle. At minimum a heat blanket, some packets of noodles, a small metal cup to melt water in, and some heat packs to stuff in your jacket if your going to be there a while.

My truck has running hot water and a fridge/stove in the back canopy with a minus 60 sleeping bag, but I often go places most people would never consider in this kind of weather... fully expecting and prepared to get stuck in a snow drift or something like that. I can survive comfortably for two weeks with the provisions stored in my canopy.

Not everyone goes that prepared, but at mimimum the heat packs are a good cheep form of insurance and I would recommend the butane refill type in case you're there more than a day... easily fits in a glove compartment.
Are there any updates on this?
Hope these folks are all right!
