Woman Grabbed With 47Lbs Of Dope In Car

Clearwater -     Clearwater RCMP has made a major Pot bust. Police stopped a woman who was speeding in Clearwater on December 23rd along highway 5.

When the officer approached the vehicle he noticed a strong smell of Marihuana. A search was conducted and 47 lbs of pot was seized from the vehicle.

A 40 year old woman from Edmonton is facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking. She will appear in court in Clearwater on January 9th, 2009
