Prince George, B.C.- The Air Quality advisory  for Prince George has been CANCELLED.

Based on the air quality data, the high levels were mainly due to combustion emissions (smoke). The high pressure ridge that contributed to the build up of pollutants in the airshed has weaken and moved southeast.
 
Better air quality is expected in the next several days.
 
The 24 hour PM2.5 rolling average was 25 µg/m3 at the Plaza 400 downtown site at 3:00 p.m., and 9 µg/m3 at College Heights. The 24 hour PM10 rolling average was 31 µg/m3 at the Plaza 400 downtown and 26 µg/m3 at BCR.

Smoke from the mills perhaps? It sure stank like rotting garbage around the (aptly named) bowl the last few days.
