Hey there Carol, always late to the table. You should have been up here a few days ago when the Liberals were here in all their finery, talking with leaders of industry (in all their finery) about things that mattered to us (and you too, I guess you're a taxpayer in B.C., so you've got representation). If you would have been here at the time, maybe you could have added something constructive to the conversation, instead now you come up, and while you're talking, you'll trot out a few more of your tired old phrases (all out of the "book of NDP".

When are you going to start being a real politician, Carol, rather than a union shill?
"You should have been up here a few days ago when the Liberals were here in all their finery"

Why would she want to sit wit a bunch Liberal loving non listeners that have been brainwashed by the Campbell regime?

Welcome Carol
Beesknees - Why should she lower herself with that group of individuals - I guess you also thought it is was right to sell BC Rail! Oh, yes Shirley and Pat are out in full force - they are only puppets for Gordo! I suppose you think it is Ok for taxpayers to be on the hook for the Olympics. As for the investment - you were not at the rally in Mackenzie - yes there is wonderful things happening there now - how do you think a senior on fixed income enjoys subsidizing apulp mill/ sea to sky highway etc. ? Thank God for Tommy Douglas - at least I can get public health care. Oh and hope you knew that Gordo got the "2008 award for P3"!!
NDP - Is that a terrorist organization ?
In a related story, a guy dressed up as Bozo The Clown is also coming to town and is expected to generate a bigger turnout.
"how do you think a senior on fixed income enjoys subsidizing apulp mill/ sea to sky highway etc.?"

Highways are assets of the people. The only way to get away from subsidizing highways is to move somewhere with no highways.

If you object to subsidizing pulp mills then you should be anit-NDP. The Liberals have stepped in to protect the enviroment. It is an exception that is counter to Liberal philosophy. If you want to talk about subsidizing pulp mills consider the $500M that the NDP gave to Skeena Cellulose in a failed attempt to prop up a dying and inefficient operation to save some union jobs. We are still paying for that one. Government control of income generating assets is always a problem but at least the Liberals have stepped in in Mackenzie for the right reasons.

I am to young to remember if there was the same type of moaning on the expenditures related to Expo '86. Can anyone answer that? Expo was a huge success that put Vancouver and BC on the global stage and left behind huge legacy assets like the Coquihalla and Skytrain. Assets that are a vital part of BC infrastructure to this day.
Gordo and Pat hooked us up with Eastern European mafiosi. Can Carole top that?
"Gordo and Pat hooked us up with Eastern European mafiosi. Can Carole top that?"

Carole hooked us up with invading aliens!

Its so easy to make completely unsupported statements.

And fun to0.
"The NDP will introduce its candidates for the Prince George-Mackenzie and Prince George-Valemount constituencies. Both are Prince George women and the party says both will be acclaimed."

Looks like the new NDP female gender quota system in action.

Campbell and Bell *hooked us up* with Eastern European mafia and can Carole top that?

Wait and see!
Bozo The Clown was already in PG at the Lieberal meeting.
Yes, but that wasn't a costume. He really looks like that.
