Vanderhoof, B.C. - Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada will be holding information sessions for producers in Vanderhoof Monday.
The sessions are geared toward anyone interested in more details about business risk management programs like AgriInvest and Agri-Stability. Spokesperson Jason Campbell says general information sessions will run from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the Hillview Motel.
"The people who are doing these sessions are also available in the region to book one-on-one appointments with, so people who want to get a little more in depth into questions specific to their operation can meet with these people one-on-one."
Campbell says officials will also be available to provide tips for completing the 2008 harmonized form. Appointments are limited and will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis. More information can be found at the Agriculture Canada website at www.agr.gc.ca.
Information sessions are scheduled for Dawson Creek February 4th and Williams Lake February 9th.
