P.G. Presence At 2010 Countdown Ceremony

Prince George, B.C.- There was a special Prince George presence at the One Year Countdown Celebrations at the Richmond Olympic Skating Oval last night.

17 year old Danielle Faulkner, local singing talent and PGSS student, had the honor of singing the Canadian National Anthem for the show.

Danielle was contacted several weeks ago by the 2010 Producer Patrick Roberge for this event. A 150 member background choir accompanied Danielle.The show was televised on CTV and Global from the Richmond Olympic Skating Oval and reached a national and international audience.
