Get the "watch dog" to check out all the illegal suites that City Hall turns a blind eye on. Should be able to double that good old water rate to $404.72.
Now that would be a nice bonus-seeing as how it was reported once there were supposedly in excess of 4000 in the city.
How about all those single family dwellings that have Grannie and Granpa, Mom and Dad, a few offspring raising grandchildren and great grandchildren, plus maybe a coupla' cousins--all living in the same house.

Single rate for water, sewer, garbage pick up, single res. taxes, cable, phone, hydro, gas.

Perhaps a round of cross burnin's and some lynchin's would get things back to the way they used to be.

The illegal suites need to go. If people want to live in cramped quarters, break no laws, and combine their financial power, good for them.

Seems to me they are the smart ones in this deal.
