Search Narrows for YXS General Manager

Prince George, B.C.- The Prince George Airport Authority hopes to have a new General Manager by the 1st of May.
 
“We are just going through the process of short listing suitable applicants” says Airport Authority Chair Jim Blake.
 
He says there have been numerous applications for the position vacated by Stieg Hoeg in mid January. Hoeg left the post after 16 years of service, the reasons for his departure have not been made public other than it was a “mutual decision”.
 
Since Hoeg’s departure, Operations Manager Mark Miller has been acting as Interim General Manager.
 
Blake says its hoped the interview process will carry on through April with a final decision to come by May 1st.
