Highlander: DOn't blame the RCMP because this guy breached his probation. The courts are the one's who put him back out onto the street, and the provincial probation officers are the one's who were assigned to monitor him.

It's OK for this scumbag to be wandering our streets while on probation for what he has done and we know nothing about it.

Now he has breached his probation and we get a warning about him being unlawfully at large.

That sure makes a ton of sense.

Somebodies priorities are a wee bit screwed.

It's not the RCMP whos at fault here in any way. They originally caught him and brought him into our justice system.

Our justice system allowed him to be out on probation.

Our wonderful Govt is to blame.

They are the ones who write the laws permitting these type of people to be out on our streets.

The only thing the police have to do with this matter, is to go looking for him now that there is a warrant for his arrest.

If the police ran probation, he wouldn't be running around in another town, reporting by phone, in the first place.

I heard he has a tattoo on the back of his head that looks a lot like crosshairs.

I also like the GPS collar idea. Hey, they use it on "animals" all the time.

I am wondering if his last name was not Kennedy and was Arar or Abdelrazik, he would be let loose by the government into the public. It just shows the double standard of the Canadian government treating innocent Canadians like criminals and treating criminals by even sending them private jet to bring them back.

The NDP MP put it rightly. Canada is turning into a racist country where justice has two meaning depending on your race/religion/place-of-origin or even last name. No wonder Dziekanski cannot get justice in this system, his last name is not Canadian enough for neither BC liberals nor federal conservatives.

Immigrants, it is time to change the family name of your children to Martin, Kennedy, Harper ...

lostfaith - I like my rights, I think that opening the door to tracking criminals will eventually lead to tracking everyone. That was my point.
