SLAP..HE's probably back on the street already.
Seized $30,000 bucks? Is this cash going to aid the Special Program Aimed at Reducing Youth Crime? Or is that separate? Maybe taxpayers money works better. The Crown gets the $30 thou and taxpayers again get the shaft. Be it ever so.
The guy is sitting on $50 large worth of cash and merchandise ?
He's lucky the cops busted him. It would only be a matter of time before one of his customers decided to show up with guns and friends.
"The male is already facing 14 drug and property offences in Provincial court and was on court conditions at the time of the arrest"
Just what the hell was he doing out....
Betcha all that stuff wasn't his and now he owes some one. Maybe he might ask the judge to keep him locked up until his buddies forget about all the drugs and dough of theirs that "went missing". Good luck, eh? Not a pensionable position to be in, eh?
"Just what the hell was he doing out...."

In spite of all his pleading with the judge he/she just won't let him INTO jail.
Oh he owes someone. Sucks to be him right now, on more counts than one. 50000 thou? Brutal.
He must have been thinking: "the cops will never think look for me here" Probably samples too much of his own product.
