Prince George, B.C.- The CN  Centre will host Johnny Reid, September 3rd. On tour to promote his new recording Dance With Me, he says the title  was as much an invitation to his fans to get up and dance as it was a call to celebrate the things that bring you home, even if home is thousands of miles away.

The Scottish born, Nashville based Canadian singer/songwriter won Canadian Country Music Awards for Top-Selling Canadian Recording and Top Male Artist in 2008, as well as a Juno nomination for Country Recording of the Year.

Tickets for the show go on sale Wednesday.

Johnny Who?
I don't want to see Johnny who?
Who?!

There will be someone better by September.
All you old fogies won't be familiar with this guy, but I can tell you, he's good. Couple excellent tracks from his current album will have the woman (or women) in your life singing along with him:

Darlin'
Kicking Stones

...are two of our favourite ones. Check out his website to view the lyrics to his songs, and if you're an itunes person, pay your 99 cents, or whatever, and download them. I'm sure I'll see you at the concert :-)

Yup! My band plays darlin' at all the clubs we play (including the Cadillac when open) and the dance floor packs everytime.
Good song... fun to play
Johnny Who?
I repeat I don't want to see Johnny who?
Johnny who? in CN Centre? I expect a few empty seats.
I'd like to see The Who instead.
