Festival Of Trees Underway

The 12th Annual Festival of Trees is underway at the Civic Centre.
Although it is the premier fund raisier for the Spirit of the North Healthcare foundation, it is also the most significant bellringer of the holiday season.
The Civic Square Light up is set for Wednesday night at 6:00 just outside the doors of the Festival of Trees, and that is also the time the downtown will light up the night with new snowflake lights along Third Avenue.
Expect to see a new animated light display on top of the Initiative Prince George / VIA Rail office on First Avenue at the foot of Quebec Street.
With the exception of the Jingle Bell Dance on Saturday, all events are sold out!
That includes, the Scotiabank Silver Bell Seniors Tea.. The Friday night Gala Auction, and the Sunday morning Bring a Teddy to Breakfast .
Of course thre is general viewing from 9am to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday
9am - 5 pm Friday
9am - 7 pm Saturday
11 am - 4:30 pm Sunday
Admission is $5.00 Adults, $3.00 children, students and seniors and $10.00 per family.
