Another All Candidates Forum Set

Prince George, B.C.- The Northern Undergraduate Student Society at the University of Northern British Columbia is set to host an 'All Candidates Forum' for the two Prince George ridings on Thursday, April 30.

All candidates seeking election in Prince George-Mackenzie and Prince George-Valemount have been invited.

"I think this is a great opportunity for students to voice their concerns in what is going to be a crucial election," said UNBC Northern Undergraduate Student Society President Lindsay Gardner.  She continued,
"we have invited all candidates to come and make their case to the students here at UNBC."

The forum will start at 6:30pm and will be located in the Events Space at the Northern University Student Centre.

Meantime, the Chamber of Commerce will hold it's own Candidates Forum and luncheon today and the Prince George District and Labour Council has set aside May 6th  for a forum.

Today  is the  deadline for candidate nominations.  All nominations must eb submitted no later than 1:00 today, otherwise, the candidate's name  won't make it to the ballot.
