GYPSY....when you vote THINK...DO YOU LIKE THIEFS PEOPLE THAT LIE,CHEAT,AND ARE EVIL IF SO VOTE LIBERAL...LOL
The Liberals and the NDP made strange bedfellows -
how long will a NDP/Conservative marriage last?

Or will Layton support the very same Liberals he just helped turf out?

Is anybody running the affairs of the country while all this scheming and throat cutting is going on???

Obviously NOT!!!
How soon the voters forgot the Mulroney years - NAFTA, the GST and the Airbus affair, $ 60 billion dollar annual deficits and dancing with Ronald Reagan to the music of "When Irish eyes are smiling."

Wholesale sell-out of Canada to the US of A. Yes, Harper recently thanked Mulroney openly on TV for giving him guidance. Well, well.
YES! we need to exersise our right to VOTE. By not doing so, we live with the choices of those who did vote. By not voting we have no reason to complain. So exercise your right to VOTE!!!

Oh , mercy sakes!
Is it possible some voters are not aware that it is political policy to "lie, cheat, and steal?"
I really need someone to define evil for me and could, or should, one apply that definition to all politicians?
Graft amongst all political parties has been the norm for years, like forever.
Getting caught must be the unforgiveable sin as viewed by all politicians.
Much better to keep the taxpayers in the dark, as exposure ends that mode of graft rather abruptly.
To put the icing on the cake, exposure is the heighth of embarrassment, and how can a satisfactory cover up be accomplished???
Yes, I do believe I shall have to vote Liberal. At least I know what I am voting for.
The Conservatives have done so little, I fear a power trip may be just a bit overwhelming for some to handle, and all that money just may tempt them to the extreme.
I hate surprises now, and at least I know what to expect from the Liberals!!!
Do we really want Harris to be the Minister of Forests????? His own party did not even want him here ......
I'll be voting for Jay Hill. Those of you in the other riding don't look to have much to choose from.
Owl-maybe you can tell me just what Harris has done which would be considered commendable.
What am I missing?
He feels so good about toppling the existing party in power.
But just what can he offer because to date I do believe he was elected only because he was the alternative-not because he showed any actual promise.
Anybody out there who can help me on this??
I work for my money, but it appears that is not required of all politicians.
Harris works hard only to sell himself to the voting public.
Are there enough buyers left to re elect him??
>I'll be voting for Jay Hill. Those of you in the other riding don't look to have much to choose from.<

I voted for Jay when he was representing the Reform Party, but since then Jay has become a Conservative! Brian Mulroney/GST lies/NAFTA disaster/Airbus scandal and so forth persuaded me never to vote for a Conservative! Jay also would not support Stockwell Day who had been democratically elected by the membership
to lead the party.
Democracy doesn't mean much to some, apparently.

There are some excellent other choices in Jay's riding.

I prefer a politician who respects his or her constituents.
Gypsy ... I canot help you with your question. I do not know how you figured that I would be a supporter of his from my post .... ???

I just hope that the Rhino party will be revived .... best one around here to vote for

Owl, I did not peg you as a Harris supporter.
From reading your postings, I realize you have devoted a considerable amount of time to determining what these candidates have accomplished after being elected.
I just cannot seem to recall anything of any substance to give credit to Harris.
Thought you might be of some assistance.
