Williams Lake Man Injured in Crash

Williams Lake, B.C. -  RCMP say a Williams Lake man has his seat belt to thank for saving his life.

Police and emergency crews were called to the intersection of Highway 20 and South Lakeside Drive Monday night at approximately 9:45.

RCMP say the man's vehicle was heading east on Highway 20 when it hit a light standard and rolled several times.  Police say the driver suffered serious but non life-threatening injuries in the crash.

Mounties are investigating the cause of the incident.  Investigators say alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
