Victoria, B.C.- Premier Gordon Campbell has  passed along his  best wishes for  all to have a great B.C. Day.

"British Columbia Day is an opportunity for people all across the Province to spend time with their family and friends, and to remember and celebrate all the things that make British Columbia the Best Place on Earth.

"We are fortunate to live in a province of unparalleled natural beauty with communities that are among the most vibrant and multicultural anywhere in the world.

"Last year was our province's 150th anniversary and we celebrated a century-and-a-half of achievement, growth, and success.

"This year, we look forward to the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games, when we will welcome the world to British Columbia to experience the richness and diversity of our culture, people and communities. The Games are an incredible opportunity to build our economy, showcase our province and create new growth here in B.C.

"As we celebrate British Columbia Day, let's celebrate our history as well as our future, looking forward to the 2010 Games, and a revitalized spirit and economy here in British Columbia."

Thank you so much Mr Campbell
Yah Thanks Mr Campbell... can't wait for the 2010 Olympics...not!
like you arent going to watch the olympics and feel a sense of pride...but wait you're probably more excited about our $250,000 bid on the 2015 games.
Screw Campbell.
It will take a lot to revitalize the spirit and economy in this province Gordo. You have sold us out!
Blah blah... all Gordo's fault... blah blah...
Thanks Mr Campbell for the HST. Im sure that you will let us all know how much it will cost us per year, and how much revenue the Province will rake in as a result of this tax.

I can hardly wait for a man of your honesty and integrity to give us the info.

And thank you also for the Carbon Tax.
