Alexis Creek-     The Cariboo Regional District has declared a state of emergency for the Alexis Creek area as a result of a fire.

 

An Evacuation Order has been issued for the entire Alexis Creek area. The CRD has activated a level two Emergency Operations Centre as a result of the wildfire affecting residents of the Alexis Creek in the West Chilcotin.

 

 An Emergency Social Services Reception Centre has been set up in the Gibraltar Room of the Cariboo Memorial Complex in Williams Lake located at 525 Proctor Road.
