Prince George, B.C. – After five busy days, the 97th Prince George Exhibition has closed its gates on a successful year. While no official numbers are available, Exhibition Manager Terri McConnachie said numbers were way above last year. Exhibits, competitions, displays and entertainer performances were all well attended. Weather over the five days proved to be a contributing factor to the turnout as highs were near or above 20 degrees with little or no precipitation each day. Actual attendance numbers could be available as early as Monday.

Attendance should be up over last year. This year the Ex was a 5 day affair while last year was only 4. It was definitely not worth the money they charged for admission and parking.
