Tragic End to Search for Grand Forks Boy

Grand Forks , B.C.- The community of Grand Forks has been rocked by the death of a 12 year old. John David Fulton was reported missing to the Grand Forks RCMP by his family on late Saturday afternoon August 15th.
The Grand Forks Detachment commenced an extensive search for John utilizing RCMP Air Services, Police Dog Services Castlegar Search And Rescue and Grand Forks Citizens on Patrol throughout the weekend.
On Monday August 17th RCMP investigators located John David Fulton's body in a neighbouring residence in the condomiunium complex where John lived. At this time investigators are not releasing the cause or time of death.
Investigators compiled and validated information as late as this morning in regards to the investigation including the primary resident of the unit where Fulton’s body was discovered, this resident was not present when police discovered Fulton’s body.
At this time police are seeking public assistance in locating 42 year old Kimberly (Kim) Ruth Noyes in connection with the murder investigation of John David Fulton.
In addition to the need to locate Noyes in connection with the investigation itself, the RCMP in consultation with the Interior Health Authorities Mental Health Services, are advising the general public of the following:
Kimberly Ruth Noyes does pose a threat to herself and possibly others due to her diagnosed state of mental health. Although not historically violent, due to Noyes current emotional state the RCMP is advising the public of the need for caution and awareness should Noyes be encountered.
Investigators believe that Noyes may still be in the Grand Forks area.
There are no known vehicles at this time associated to Noyes, however she is known to use a black mountain bike for transportation.
Kimberly Ruth Noyes is described as female Caucasian, 42 years of age with predominantly graying hair, 5'5", 165lbs and last seen wearing dark pants and a long sleeve burgundy top, riding a black mountain bike in Grand Forks Tuesday morning August 18th.
