Prince George, B.C-  Two fires at the same Pine Street residence are under investigation.

Firefighters  first responded to the dwelling in the 2100 block Pine St with 11 firefighters from 2 halls.

Upon arrival, firefighters discovered light smoke and the fire was on the exterior of the building.The fire was quickly extinguished. The residence was not occupied at the time of the fire. This fire was suspicious in nature and is under investigation by the R.C.M.P.

Justbefore 6:00 this morning, crews responded to the same address for another reported structure fire. Again 11 firefighters from 2 halls resoponded.This fire was also quickly extinguished and damage was cofined to the front entry way. Damage in each incident is approximately $2000.00.R.C.M.P continue to investigate.
