I'll take the one on the right, at least he is or was an experienced businessman. He and his party had their flaws, but I think that Van Der Zalm and the Socreds were far more desirable than the B.C. Liberals are. Could be rose tinted goggles.

I can forgive Vander Zalm for destroying the Reform party and giving the liberals their majority if he succeeds in stopping the HST. Until then he has a lot to answer for.
