Excellent news. I hope they can hold him and that he receives a proper punishment.
Hey, one can dream, right?
metalman.
And the penalty will be....?
He was trying to steal a vehicle that already had drugs and weapons?

Some possibilities:
1) His ride failed during his mule run

2) He hit the jackpot

3) He was "recovering" those items

Maybe the RCMP should have a look at the owner of the vehicle and their premises.
Maybe his friends will say he was just getting his life back together when this happened. Could be.
So he was from kelowna, could he be here getting treatment? and stayed? Maybe he was just trying to get home.
