Quesnel, B.C.-  A male and female from Quesnel have been arrested and are facing charges in relation to the stabbing of a Quesnel male.
RCMP say a young man says he had been forced into a vehicle at a Quesnel Hotel by people known to him. He was taken out into the bush where he was stabbed several times and shot at as he made his escape. The victim was eventually found in daylight on the 1300 Road by two forestry workers who took him to hospital.
As a result, a male and female from the west side of Quesnel were arrested last evening. They face charges of aggravated assault, kidnapping and firearm offences. The male was also found to be in possession of a large amount of crack cocaine.
Police say this is an isolated incident and is drug related.  Investigators are still looking for two other suspects, believed to be from Prince George.

get rid of this sleeze. Make a point of them, give them 5-10 and let them feel like the american's with the 3 strike rule
No No, don't punish them. Punish the rest of us by banning the posession of knives. That is a sure cure for crime - - punish the law abiding.
I will pack what ever it takes to defend myself in today's world of gangsters. I may go to jail (in our free world), but the bloke that tried to murder me, WELL, your maker is near by!!!
How is it that perfectly good people can die in the simplest accident and guys like this can manage to survive being stabbed and shot?
I guess the devil has less space available.
If I'm going to be a statistic,I won't be the victim.
