The first of 10 meetings between the Prince George Cougars and Kamloops Blazers goes tonight in Kamloops, with the Cougars looking to end a three game slide.  The Cats go into the game with a 2-5 record while the Blazers have a 5-1-2-0 mark and share the BC Division lead with Vancouver at 12 points.  The Cougars go into the game with a 1-2 mark on the road.  Marek Viedensky leads the Cougars in scoring seven games into the season, with two goals and eight points, while Brett Connolly and Alex Rodgers share the team lead in goals with four.  Kamloops will see a return to Blazer Country for a few Cougars, including head coach Dean Clark, who was GM and Head Coach in Kamloops between 2003 and 2007.  Meanwhile, Rodgers, defencemen Kurt Torbohm and Daniel Medland-Marchen and goalie James Priestner all have ties to the Blazers earlier in their WHL careers.  The Cougars will stay on the road after tonight's tilt, heading to Kelowna tomorrow night.
