Dear Mr. Brodsky,

Please turn the team around. It has to be hard on the kids and obviously the fans.

Time for a new G.M. Under Dallas Thompson's tenure the Cougars results have been dismal.

Dean Clark must be having nightmares after having accepted the Cougar coaching position. His record in PG will certainly not enhance his resume.
It's been time for a new GM for years, but it won't happen. That decision by Mr. Brodsky alone has cost the team hundreds if not thousands of fans over the years.
He should just sell the team to someone that cares about how it does.
please dont use the word "Mr" in front of Brodsky.

That implies a level of respect.
How about each citizen throw in $100 each and we buy the team and make the long required changes to make this team the pride of Northern B.C. again.

I doubt Brodsky will ever sell this team and to suggest that Dallas "What have I ever done to deserve this job?" Thompson, will give up control is wishful thinking at best. Quite frankly, PG fans have not shown that they can support a BCHL franchise let alone a WHL franchise. I wouldn't miss either of them if they left, and the ice time they take can be given back to the kids and the community in general.

The Cougars are the Canfor of hockey-Poorly run and very delusional. The community-run (?) Spruce Kings have no vision other than to hire re-treads that the Cougars no longer wanted and build the hockey resumes of people who would be pumping gas were it not for their supposed expertise that gets you 10th place in an eleven team division.

PG is not a hockey town and the two sham artist franchises that currently exist here is an insult.
"Quite frankly, PG fans have not shown that they can support a BCHL franchise let alone a WHL franchise."

I disagree. The Cougars drew a lot of fans the first few years here and lost many due to continued lack of success and generally poor on-ice product.

I think people can support the idea that a WHL team has cycles of winning and losing seasons, but when you see a team like the Vancouver Giants come in and consistently put a good product on the ice while we can never seem to do so, it makes you wonder what they are doing that we are not.

As for the Spruce Kings, they are a 'B' team in an 'A' league. It's hard to get behind a team that you know will never see any success in the post season.

PG isn't a hockey town anymore, but it could be if the teams we had could actually compete every once in a while.
time to start firing the senior coaching staff
We cannot blame the players because this happens year after year. The players change, so it must be either the coaching or the management.
Correct me if I am wrong (I know someone will) the management is also the owners.
