A Trip Down Candy Cane Lane

A stroll through Candy Cane Lane in the Van Bien neighbourhood is one of the many 'bright spots' in the city over the holidays.

The entire neighbourhood works together, stringing lights across the streets -- from tree to tree.

There are numerous elaborate displays in the front yard, each with their own theme...

from gingerbread houses...

to Santa and his reindeer

to snowmen of all shapes and sizes

Just try to get a whole neighborhood together for this type of thing? Fantastic job folks! Wish my neighbors had some Cgristmas spirit besides the drinkable type.
