It's hard to believe looking at the water pooling into puddles, that it was just this past Sunday that this picture was taken along the Old Cariboo Highway...

The forecast heading into the Christmas weekend is downright balmy -- rain showers this evening, with the temperature holding steady at 2-degrees overnight.

Environment Canada is calling for showers throughout Christmas Eve day with the high to hit plus-8.

The temperature will fall to minus-2 overnight, but will rise to 4 on Christmas day under a cloudy and, perhaps, wet sky.

White is beautiful. If I wanted this type of Christmas I would have stayed in the Lower Rainland on the Wet Coast. Humbug. Bring on the white stuff.
