Cougars Pick Up Forward

Prince George, BC Prince George Cougars have acquired 18-year old forward Spencer Asuchak from the Tri-City Americans for a 2010 WHL Bantam Draft choice.
 
Asuchak, who turned 18 on Sunday, stands 6’4” and weighs 210 pounds. The product of Kamloops, BC, has played 50 games in the Western Hockey League, all with the Americans. This season, Asuchak has two goals and two assists for four points in 12 games for Tri-City, with 10 penalty minutes.
 
Asuchak is expected to be in Prince George on Tuesday and in the line-up for the Cougars next game, Friday, November 27 against the Vancouver Giants at CN Centre in Prince George. The Cougars roster now sits at 24, with 14 forwards, eight defencemen and two goaltenders.

Unfortunately, that would be one of the signs of the apocalypse:)
That would be just our luck, eh? Finally get on pace to win a Memorial Cup in 2012 and have the season suspended due to Armageddon.
Of course, with Brodsky and Dallas running the show...there's a greater chance of the Mayan prophecies of doom coming true than there is of the Cougars winning any kind of title.
Dallas has only one trade to make the team better in the long run......himself. An honourable person would step down from GM with the dismal performance in place.


This kid used to live in PG, and played some rep hockey here before the family moved for brighter pastures down South.
