Keep up the good work Dallas. Certainly not near as much congestion getting out of the parking lot since Dallas became GM.
Agree, plus you can select from a wide variety of seats, not like the old days under a real general manager, where tickets were more difficult to obtain.

Good work, Dallas and Rick.
The Rick/Dallas duo have done such a good job I haven't had to go to a game for years now.
They are also doing a great job for the environment. Fewer cars on the roads to the game and idling after, plus saving electricity. There are nine empty backlit signs which don't need to be turned on anymore. Nobody in the seats means less sponsorship.
Not to mention the red light behind the Cougars' opponents goal which almost never sees any use. That saves electricity as well. God, who knew Brodsky was just an environmentalist at heart!?
Looks like most all of the comments are very negative. Seems to me that Rick & Co. should do the right thing and sell the team to someone that understands the game and sees the frustration of the hockey fans. We deserve a better run club. Fans would flock back to the center if we were under new ownership. You don't seem to get the message Rick....FANS DON'T LIKE YOU OR YOUR FRONT OFFICE. All we want is a good run hockey team with a little class in the front office. SELL IT! SELL IT! SELL IT!
Who cares about the front office?
No one goes to see the manager in his fine clothes.
What the fans want is a community hockey team that does not suck.
To that end, fire, terminate, or just bury the management and coaching staff. Start again with someone that is concerned enough to keep their job they will strongly encourage the goalies to stop pucks and the forwards to put it in the opponents' net. Sort of like what hockey is supposed to look like.

It is not a lack a talent from the players. They change every year and a few get selected to represent in international tournaments. The years long drought must be due to incompetent coaching and lackluster management.

There is a banner running right now on the Op250 home page advertising that you could win "TWO FREE TICKETS for every game!!".

I guess the losers get FOUR FREE TICKETS for every game?
FRONT OFFICE IS VERY IMPORTANT. If the players are not proud of their organization, they will not perform well. This appears to be the problem with the Cougars. We've had some of the best talent in the league, but after they have been with the team for awhile they seem to run out of gas. It's not the coaching, it is the ownership. The guys are not happy. It shows. We need new owners, period!
