outlaw hoodies!
Kaboom, send the body to mom.
Get an axe, cut his hand off. call 911 and he will remember never to steal again.
Now now folks. What we really need to do is make an arrest, procecute him, send him to jail for a month where we feed him, cloth him, give him exercise, health care, and shelter at our expense, and then wait for him to get released so he can do it all over again for some drug money. Now isn't that the PC way of doing things these days? and look where it's gotten us. Taxes are higher than ever and crime is running rampant. God I just love Canada sometimes. It's the perfect country to commit crimes. No wonder everyone wants to live here. You can kill someone and get 3 years or less sometimes. Ok, I think I'm done now. Had to rant there for a bit. Sorry gang.
