Thanks to all the losers out there.
Good spin by the government. Now tell us about the seniors grants that are being eliminated or cut back. Thanks a bunch Gordo. Gotta pay for them Olympics one way or another.
Or government is feeding on people with gambling problems with the promise that the money will go to all sorts of groups in need! Less and less of the money is actually doing that. That I find appalling. Calling people losers for their addictions is uncalled for. They need help!
Not everybody who goes into a casino and loses money has a gambling addiction. As a matter of fact, I'd say it's a pretty small percentage.

It's not the government's fault that a few people get addicted while the vast majority can gamble without issue.

If the casinos didn't exist, the people who had problems would find a way to gamble elsewhere (online for example).
Maybe you should do a survey before you continue any more Mr. It is proven that most gamblers HAVE A PROBLEM. Research!
Really? I'd like to see that study. Have you got a link to it?
I guess this all depends on how one defines 'has a problem'. Everything I've read has suggested about 1% of gamblers have a problem.
