Extra Time Needed for Airport Security

Prince George, B.C.-The Director of Marketing and Business Development at the Prince George Airport, Todd Doherty, says all aircraft arriving and departing into Prince George have been operating on schedule. “We have not had the problem that exists in Vancouver” he said. “We don’t have any aircraft operating directly from Prince George into the US and that is where the increased delays are occurring”.

Long delays are being experienced by U.S. bound passengers in all airports across Canada following the foiled attempt to destroy an American flight into Detroit.

It is a busy time at YXS says Doherty “This time of the year is when the most traffic for the year passes through our airport.”

Doherty says passengers should arrive at the airport 1 ½ hours to 2 hours before departure to allow for any added security they may encounter. They are also asked to check the PG airport website at www.pgairport.ca

nope...I don't expect any in the near future either Imorge...last one in my opinion was a paid off job or a fluke!

But I see Canada has to once again bow to the mighty USA because no one likes them, or so it seems...

You'd figure that sooner or later these terrorist will start figuring out that your not gonna get to heaven nor be granted a virgin.

Its amazing how gullable people can be. Be killed in name of our god, and you can fly with him and have virgins. You'd figure that commodity ought to be running out sooner or later.

Does everyone forget that the two biggest and most destructive wars in history were both Christian wars and based on which Christian nation was most entitled to rule the world? Yeah, let's live in peace like that! Let's set a fine Christian example to all other nations. Then, when we die, we can go live in a magnificent city with buildings a mile high and with streets paved with gold, singing praises all day long in a rapture of adoration.

Mind you, watch out for the wild beast with seven heads and ten horns. You know, the one with the hooker on its back. It might get you! You could wait for the horsemen to come ariding, though, after all, the Cavalry usually saves the day! Just be careful you don't get thrown into that pit along with all those bad boy, wicked angels, wrapped up in all those chains. If you do, don't worry, it says you'll be let out after 1,000 years.

Building a mosque in town here will prelude any more security at the airport? Depends who the Imam is, I guess. Not reading much about the potential mosque being constructed. How come? Non-issue?
